Start by giving your mouth a quick rinse with water.

Now, gently twist the pen's bottom till you see the gel oozing out of the brush tip. Carefully apply a thin layer of gel on your teeth, avoiding your gums. 

Pop the GLO405 whitening light in your mouth and hit the power button.

One push activates the high-frequency 405nm violet light to amp up your whitening game. It has a built-in 15-minute timer.

Two pushes engage the soothing near-infrared red light therapy mode to ease gum inflammation and tooth sensitivity. This one comes with a 10-minute timer.

Very easily! After you’re done using the Mint LED tray, simply take it out of your mouth, and rinse it thoroughly with warm water. For a more thorough clean, you may use gentle hand soap on the device but be sure to rinse it off with water when finished cleaning. Make sure to dry off the tray before storing it in the provided case.

There isn't a strict rule for the best time of day to use the WhiteMax or EnamelBoost gels, as it mostly depends on your personal preference and daily routine. However, many people prefer to whiten their teeth in the evening or before bedtime. This allows the whitening gel to work its magic overnight without being disturbed by eating or drinking, which could potentially affect the results. Just make sure you're able to devote the required time to the process without interruptions!
